Over 10 years ago, my path to energy work and the nervous system started when I owned WiggleKids®, an inclusive fitness studio for children and adults of all abilities, including autism, sensory processing disorder, physical and mental health challenges.  It was what started me down the path to learning what reiki and yoga could do for the mind, body and soul.  As I learned new ways to engage the nervous system through drumming, music, stretching, meditation, sound baths, etc... I found that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself.  When my studio was forced to close due to the sale of the location we were in, I began the path to deepen my knowledge and became a licensed massage therapist and a Spinal Flow practitioner.  Together these modalities allow me to help stressed and anxious people find relief from their pain,  discomfort and dis-ease that come from three levels of stress:  physical, emotional and chemical.
