FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There are quite a few parking spots on the street right in front of our shop. If you pull up the alley between Divine Seva and the neighboring building with the pizza shop, you will find a decent size parking lot in the back. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE ALLEY. There is also plenty of parking across the street in the post office plaza parking lot with cross walks that lead to our front door.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
It is completely appropriate to ask your therapist/practitioner what forms of payment they accept. In most cases, cash or Venmo are preferred. Our retail shop is set up to accept cash, credit card and Venmo.
ARE THERE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE BEFORE/AFTER MY SESSION?
Yes. There are shared restrooms available upstairs in our building that our clients have access to from our space.
DO I NEED TO GET COMPLETELY UNDRESSED FOR MY MASSAGE?
This is a great question that so many people are afraid to ask. Most Massage Therapists will tell you to "undress to your comfort level."
What does that really mean? It means if you would like to keep your underpants on we are absolutely willing to work around that. (We do recommend females remove their bras for a more complete back massage.) If you choose to be completely undressed for your massage, that is absolutely appropriate as well. IN ALL MASSAGE SESSIONS, we follow very professional draping guidelines to ensure that only the area that is being massaged is exposed for us to work. This includes using breast towels for females if abdomen work is requested and specific techniques for sheets when glutes are being worked on. (Females can request breast massage from their therapist if they feel comfortable doing so for specific concerns.) ALL work done on breasts, abdomen and glutes CAN be performed over sheets/draping if preferred.
ALL OUR MASSAGE THERAPIST RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR END A SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT WHO IS BEHAVING INAPPROPRIATELY IN ANY WAY. WE OPERATE WITH THE UPMOST INTEGRITY AND WANT TO FEEL SAFE IN OUR SPACE AT ALL TIMES.
