Sound Baths

A beautiful way to relax on the beach, connect with the earth, give gratitude for even the smallest things in your life, while I send you healing Reiki energy and play different instruments that connect with your soul. Kenari Seed Chimes, an Ocean Drum, a Buffalo Drum and 7 gorgeous Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound healing experience where a variety of instruments are played at different vibrations that "wash" over your body surrounding you with their healing energy as they bring your body's energy back into harmony.

What to expect?

What to bring:

* Blankets, pillows or chairs- anything so you can be comfy for 45-60 min. Please set up in a big circle around me so I can walk inbetween you all. I will help facilitate this as you come in.

* Come with an open mind and heart. At the very least you will relax at the beach for an hour. How bad is that?

What happens:

I will begin by setting an intention for us all of healing whatever needs to be healed. I will send reiki to everyone who is there. Then I will walk around with different chimes and drums to allow their sound vibrations to wash over you.

I will then play the crystal singing bowls for most of the session.

And the end- I will close the circle with gratitude for all of you and your energy.

**This event is FREE. Anyone from any town is welcome. I do accept donations if you feel called to do so. It helps me to buy new instruments and be able to block off paid time slots in my schedule to offer these events. If you cannot donate - consider this my gift to you. All things happen for a reason.
